Once you've downloaded your preset, the next step is to import it and test it on your own photos. When it's imported successfully you'll find it in your presets bin inside of a folder called PresetNinja, as seen below.
At some point I'll make my own videos for this, but for now there are some very good ones that do a great job of explaining.
